Concrete ASAP’s catch basins and junction boxes are used in roadways, parking lots, rear lots and open ditches. Drainage boxes in sizes 18″ and larger can be purchased in either 2 ft or 3 ft heights, with the option of the original grate, narrow slotted grate or solid cover. Special order grates are also available.
Available in various sizes and depths to fit the needs of your project. We produce our 24” and 18” junction boxes and catch basins in both 2 feet and 3 feet depths. Customized risers available to provide additional depth. Concrete ASAP also carries a wide variety of cast iron frames and grates for the customer’s option in purchasing the standard grate, a narrow-slotted grate/ADA or solid cover. Special order grates are also available in a variety of sizes, just ask us!
CATCH BASINS & JUNCTION BOXES
We offer Catch Basins / Junction Boxes / Inlets for the specifications as noted below:
- 24″ catch basins or junction boxes, accept up to a 18″ concrete pipe and can be paired with a 27″ x 27″ grate or solid cover; 6″ flat risers and 12″ risers with frame are available.
- 18″ catch basins or junction boxes, paired with a 21″ x 21″ grate or solid cover and accept up to 12″ concrete culvert pipe; 6″and 12″ risers are available.
- 12″ x 12″, actual box is 17″; this reinforced drainage box accepts 4″ and 6″ concrete pipe.
- 12″ round catch basin or junction box, foot traffic only, accepts 4″ and 6″ pipe.
- City of Houston 33″ x 33″ catch basin or junction box, City of Houston inlet, 43″ deep, actual box is 45″x 45″, accepts up to 24″ concrete pipe, paired with a 30″ x 30″ raised standard or narrow-slotted grate. Solid covers for this item can be ordered by request.
- City of Houston Type “D” inlet, paired with slightly raised frame and grate.
